Most of our products are covered by One Year Warranty. Whenever you want to return any product for warranty service, you are required to send us an email at to inform us before dispatching the product. We will respond to your email within 24 hours.

The defective product may be replaced by similar product/model performing same functions when the original product/model is out of stock.

If the product is replaced, the warranty of the original purchased item is in effect for the replacement item. The replacement item does not add additional warranty time on to the warranty period.

Before the warranty expires, we will invite you to join our extended warranty via email.

Exceptions: This warranty is voided in the event of misuse, power surge, failure by customer to follow instructions, product modification/alteration, ordinary wear and tear, negligence, or improper operation. Damages caused by rain, flood, storm, or any other disaster are not covered. Modification, repair or attempted repair by anyone other than Technology Alarm Locksmith Company will also void this warranty.

Damage in Transit
All products we ship to customer are insured with the shipping company (normally DHL, FedEx or UPS). It is customer¡¦s responsibility to note any damage on the products delivered. In order to place a claim, customer is required to inspect the products, report damage (if any) to the shipping company once you received the package, and hold the package until the shipping company picks up and/or inspects the damaged product.
