Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days
of receipt of payment. We normally ship our products
with DHL, FedEx
or UPS, customer
may choose from these three shipping companies when
checking out. However, other carriers may also be
requested by customer (just email
us), especially for heavy orders.
Damage in Transit
All products we ship to customer
are insured with the shipping company. It is customer¡¦s
responsibility to note any damage on the products
delivered. In order to place a claim, customer is
required to inspect the products, report damage
(if any) to the shipping company once you received
the package, and hold the package until the shipping
company picks up and/or inspects the damaged product.
