No, we do NOT.



How to check shipping charge?


The Shopping Cart feature is recently under construction, it will be in service again soon. In the meantime, you are welcome to email us to check shipping charges.

To check shipping charge, put the items you want into the shopping cart by clicking the
"ADD TO CART" buttons, and click the "Checkout" button on the shopping cart page. Then, select your country and select one of the shipping companies (DHL, FedEx or UPS), and the shipping charge will be calculated and shown on the page. At this stage, the order has not yet been placed.

If you want to use other carriers to ship your package, just email us to suggest. We will reply you with the shipping charge via email if we agree with your suggestion.

What are the choices of payment?

What are my shipping method choices?
We normally ship our products with DHL, FedEx or UPS, customer may choose from these three shipping companies when checking out. However, other carriers may also be requested by customer (just email us), especially for heavy orders.

How to check the status on my order?
After receiving your payment, we will send you an email within 24 hours, to inform you the dispatching date of your order, and a reference number for you to track your package on the Internet with one of these shipping companies V DHL, FedEx, UPS.

If you have any trouble with tracking your package, please email us for help.



How long would it take before it ships?
Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment.



Do you ship internationally?
This website is dedicated for International Buyers / Resellers / Distributors, we certainly do ship internationally. We ship to anywhere in the world that you stay.

How to change/cancel an order?
We would make every effort to change or cancel order when requested. Customer is responsible for any costs incurred up to the point where the order can be cancelled. Pre-payment minus these costs will be refunded if the order cancellation is accepted.

However, no order can be changed or cancelled once the products ordered are already shipped.



Can I have further discounts?
We always offer Unbeatable Lowest Price for High Quality Security Equipment. All prices shown on this website are our discounted lowest prices. However, we might offer further discounts for some bulk orders. You are welcome to email us to discuss about your case.
