provides a 30-day, no questions
asked, money back guaranty on all products
purchased, except wire and cable. If you are not satisfied
with any product you purchased for any reason, simply
notify us by email,
and we will issue a Return Material Authorization
(RMA) Number for you immediately.
The merchandise must be returned to us within 30 days
of your original receipt of the order, and the merchandise
must be returned with the assigned RMA number written
on a separate piece of paper (do
NOT write anything on the original packing of the
returned product).
All packaging materials, documentations and accessories
(if any) must be included. Packaging materials, manuals
and warranty cards (if any) must not be torn, damaged,
or marked. Return shipping charge must be prepaid
by the customer. We highly recommend you to ship
and insure the returned product with a reputable shipping
company, generally no refund will be granted from
us if the returned product is lost or damaged during
shipping.
All shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Exception: Used merchandise
cannot be returned for a refund
The product must be returned in new, resalable condition.
Used merchandise which has been installed, programmed,
connected to power, or modified in any way is not
returnable for a refund. If any product fails to perform
according to the manufacturer's specifications, you
may return it for warranty
service.
Order
Cancellation
We
would make every effort to cancel order when requested.
Customer is responsible for any costs incurred up
to the point where the order can be cancelled. Pre-payment
minus these costs will be refunded if the order cancellation
is accepted.
However, no order can be cancelled once the products
ordered are already shipped.
Damage
in Transit
All
products we ship to customer are insured with the
shipping company (normally DHL,
FedEx
or UPS).
It is customer¡¦s responsibility to note any damage
on the products delivered. In order to place a claim,
customer is required to inspect the products, report
damage (if any) to the shipping company once you received
the package, and hold the package until the shipping
company picks up and/or inspects the damaged product.
